FAQ

Questions people ask, answered plainly.

The same twenty-seven answers our support chat gives, in one place. If yours is not here, a person reads every message on the contact page.

About SIBA

Are you an agency?

No. SIBA builds and runs its own products rather than taking on general software contracts.

There is one exception, and it is deliberate. The Web Studio builds websites for hospitality and nightlife venues, because venues asked for it and the team was already good at it. That work is real and we take it on.

Outside that, if you are looking for a general contractor to build unrelated software, SIBA is not the right fit, and we would rather say so at the start than halfway through.

Which languages do you work in?

Write to us in whichever of Azerbaijani, Russian or English you prefer, and we answer in the same one.

The website is published in those three. The platform underneath the products is built for six: Azerbaijani, Russian, English, Dutch, French and Arabic.

Languages are built in from the first line of a product rather than translated on at the end, which is why a product usually ships multilingual rather than gaining languages later.

What is SIBA?

SIBA builds and operates AI products across advertising, retail, travel, education, mobility and payments, in Azerbaijan and Belgium.

The name stands for Suni Intellekt Biznes Avtomatlasdirma, which means business automation with artificial intelligence.

It is a group rather than a single product. Fifteen ventures share one engineering core: conversational AI, voice, computer vision, payments and bank rails, device fleets, and multilingual delivery. Building the second product costs a fraction of the first, because underneath them it is the same stack.

You can see the full list of ventures at siba.az/en/ventures

Where is SIBA registered?

SIBA is "SUNI INTELLEKT BIZNES AVTOMATLASDIRMA" MMC, a limited liability company registered in Azerbaijan. The tax identification number, VOEN, is 1507758361.

There is no Belgian legal entity. Belgian operations are opening, and whether a Belgian company is registered at all is still being decided. Until that changes, every contract is with the Azerbaijani company.

If you see a Belgian company number or registered address attributed to SIBA anywhere, it is wrong. None exists.

Products

Can I use a product that is still in development?

Not yet. A product marked in development is being built and is not available to buy or use.

If you want to be told the moment one is ready, leave your details at siba.az/en/register and say which one interests you. It is a request rather than an account: it creates no login and no password, and a person writes back to you.

If your need is urgent and a product you want is not ready, tell us anyway. Sometimes the underlying capability exists even when the packaged product does not, and we can say honestly whether that helps you or not.

What do your stage labels mean?

Every venture on the site carries one of three labels, and each is meant literally.

Operating means live and running today.

Launching means dated and close, but not yet fully launched.

In development means being built, and not available to buy or use yet.

A label is a statement of where something actually is, not a marketing stage. If a product you want is marked in development, it cannot be bought today, and we would rather tell you that than take a deposit against a date we cannot promise.

Can you build a website for my bar or restaurant?

Yes. The Web Studio builds fast, multilingual, photography-led websites for hospitality and nightlife venues, designed to work on a phone late at night, which is when people actually look.

There are live venues in Belgium and the United States, and the studio is taking work now.

Write to [email protected] with your venue and roughly what you need, and someone will come back to you.

Which of your products can I actually use today?

Two ventures are operating today.

Adscreen runs interactive advertising screens in vehicles in Azerbaijan. The Web Studio builds websites for venues and has shipped live sites in Belgium and the United States, and is taking work now.

Two more are close: Savad, which sequences the arrival paperwork for international students in Belgium, and TelebeHub, a student super-app.

The remaining eleven are marked in development, which means being built and not available to buy or use. We label them that way on purpose rather than describing plans as products.

The current status of each one is at siba.az/en/ventures

Pricing and engagements

How do I book a call?

Pick a time at siba.az/en/book

Calls are thirty minutes and online. We send the link when we confirm, and a person confirms every request rather than an automatic queue.

Hours are weekdays, 10:00 to 18:00, Asia/Baku time.

If none of the published slots work for you, write to [email protected] and say when you are free.

Can I get a quote?

Yes, though it starts with a conversation rather than a form.

Tell us the one process that costs you the most people, hours or customers. From that we scope a narrow pilot with a date and a price attached, including what it will not do, so you can judge it rather than take it on faith.

Write to [email protected], or book thirty minutes at siba.az/en/book

We would rather hear the bottleneck than a feature list. A feature list usually describes a solution somebody already picked.

How does working with SIBA actually run?

First, you tell us the bottleneck. One process that costs you people, hours or customers.

Second, we scope a pilot. A narrow, dated slice you can judge: what it will do, what it will not do, and what it costs to find out.

Third, we build on the core. Conversational AI, voice, vision, payments and fleet management already exist. What we build is the part that is genuinely yours.

Fourth, we run it with you. SIBA operates its own products, so it stays on yours too: monitoring, iteration, and the maintenance nobody quotes for.

What does it cost?

These are our published prices, in manat per month. Four tiers, and the fourth is priced per engagement.

Pilot, 1,900 AZN a month: one automated process, one channel, two languages.

Deployment, 4,900 AZN a month: up to four processes, chat and voice and WhatsApp together, four languages, integration with your systems.

Scale, 9,900 AZN a month: unlimited processes, device fleet management, six languages, payments and bank rails.

Enterprise, price on request: custom models on your own data, on-premise or edge deployment, 1C and ERP integration, a named team and agreed response times.

Each tier includes everything in the tiers below it.

What a tier costs is settled. What is not settled until we talk is which tier your work actually needs, because the same tier can cover very different scopes. A binding price for a defined scope is confirmed in writing.

The assistant and the models

What do the chat plans include?

There are four: Free, Plus, Team and Dedicated.

Free works today and costs nothing. It runs on an open model, with the assistant's normal features.

Plus and Team are described on the site but have no price yet, because billing does not exist. You cannot buy them today. If you tell us you want one, we record that and write to you when they open.

Dedicated is by agreement and covers a custom or dedicated model.

The comparison is at siba.az/en/plans and every row says whether the feature exists now or is described for release. We mark that distinction rather than blurring it.

Can the assistant read my own systems?

Yes, within limits we keep deliberately narrow.

You can connect a 1C base published over OData. The assistant reads from it only in the conversations where you turn that source on, and it never writes anything back to your system.

The address is stored on a machine we run. The sign-in is sealed with a key held only in the function that uses it, so the machine holding the address cannot open it.

You can also create API keys to call the assistant from your own code, and connect a Telegram bot so it answers people who write to that bot.

All of it is managed at my.siba.az and you can disconnect any of it at any time.

What is SIBA Meristem 1.0?

Meristem 1.0 is the first model SIBA has released, published on 7 September 2026.

It is an open adapter trained on Qwen2.5-3B-Instruct, using QLoRA at 4-bit and rank 16, on 167,785 instruction pairs, roughly 32.5 million tokens. It covers Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Turkish.

It is released under Apache 2.0 and you can download and run it yourself:

Hugging Face: huggingface.co/aghasalim/siba-meristem-1.0 Ollama: ollama.com/aghasalim/siba-meristem-1.0

One honest note. No benchmark scores are published for it, because none have been run yet. The model page lists the evaluations it will be measured on, with results left blank until they exist.

The rest of the model line is at siba.az/en/models

What is the assistant at chat.siba.az?

chat.siba.az is SIBA's own AI assistant. You can ask it questions, give it links and files to read, and have it produce documents, slides or spreadsheets from an answer.

It has three thinking levels, a research mode that reads the links and files you give it and cites them, and it answers in Azerbaijani, Russian or English.

Your conversations stay in your own browser. SIBA keeps no copy of them and cannot read them.

It is a different thing from this chat window. This one reaches a person on our side. That one is a model.

Privacy and legal

Do you use cookies?

siba.az sets one cookie of its own, siba_consent, which records your answer on the cookie banner so you are asked once across every siba.az site. It writes one session storage entry so the opening animation does not repeat, and that disappears when you close the tab.

Signing in sets a session cookie, which is what keeps you signed in.

If you press Accept all, three more things load: PostHog and Sentry, which count page views and report browser errors and set no cookies of their own, and Crisp, the live chat you are probably reading this in, which does set cookies so a conversation stays attached to your browser between pages.

If you press Only necessary, none of those three load at all.

Every cookie is named in the table at siba.az/en/cookie-policy and you can check the whole thing in your browser's developer tools.

How do I delete my data?

If you have an account, you can handle most of it yourself at my.siba.az. You can download everything we hold as one file, correct your name and company, or delete the account, which removes it at once.

For anything else, including a message you sent us through a form or by email, write to [email protected] and say what you would like removed. We will delete it from the mailbox and from the record on our own machine.

You have the usual rights of access, correction and deletion. They are set out at siba.az/en/privacy-policy

Can I get a data processing agreement?

Yes, where one applies.

A DPA covers one situation: SIBA processing personal data on your behalf, under your instructions. Visiting the site or writing to us is not that situation, so no DPA is needed for ordinary use.

It applies once SIBA runs a product that handles your customers' data. At that point, ask for one at [email protected].

The terms a contract would refer to are at siba.az/en/data-processing-agreement

Are you ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified?

No. SIBA holds no security certification, and the Security page states that openly.

What we can tell you is how the site is actually built. The pages are pre-built static files. Behind them there is one small function running at Cloudflare and an accounts database on a machine we run ourselves, which sits on an encrypted volume. The origin has no public address and no inbound port open to the internet; it reaches Cloudflare by opening a connection outward.

Every response carries a content security policy naming exactly which outside hosts a page may talk to. Changes reach the site through a build that can be rolled back.

To report a vulnerability, write to [email protected] and say it is a security report. There is no separate security address.

Full detail: siba.az/en/security

Which third parties do you use?

Every third party is named on one page, with what each one sees and where it is.

Cloudflare sits in front of the site. SIBA's own origin server holds and serves the files. Resend delivers what the forms send. Zoho runs the mailbox those messages land in. Groq serves the model behind the assistant. Crisp runs this live chat. PostHog and Sentry count page views and report errors, and only after you press Accept all.

The reason the list is named one by one rather than summarised is so that its absence is checkable. If it changes, that page changes in the same commit as the code.

Full detail: siba.az/en/subprocessors

What data do you collect about me?

The pages themselves collect nothing about you while you read them. They are pre-built files.

Data moves in five places, and the Privacy Policy describes each one:

Cloudflare sits in front of the site and handles delivery and network protection.

The forms deliver a message to our inbox, and we keep one record of what you sent so a lost email does not lose your message.

The assistant at chat.siba.az sends what you type to the model that answers it. Conversations stay in your browser.

This live chat is Crisp, and it only loads if you accepted cookies.

The account pages hold your account, which is a verified email address kept as one record in a small database on a machine we run ourselves.

Support

How do I reach a person?

General enquiries: [email protected] Product support: [email protected] Phone: +994 51 737 87 01

We are on Instagram at @siba.aze, on LinkedIn, and reachable on WhatsApp on the number above.

Hours are weekdays, 10:00 to 18:00, Asia/Baku time.

A person reads every message. There is no ticket queue behind these addresses, which is also why we do not promise a reply in a fixed number of minutes.

How quickly will someone reply?

A person reads every message, and we work weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00, Asia/Baku time.

We do not run a 24 hour support desk, and we would rather tell you that than leave you waiting on one that does not exist. Outside those hours a message will sit until the morning.

If something is urgent, phone +994 51 737 87 01.

Is your site down?

Check status.siba.az

It shows twelve components, each checked every two minutes from our own origin server, with ninety days of history. That covers the group site, the assistant, the account pages, the sign-in pages, the API behind them, and each product site.

Two things are worth knowing about how to read it. A failed check is one probe from one place, not a verdict, and the page says so. And the row for the API is the one that reports the machinery: when it is red, sign-in and the assistant are genuinely failing regardless of what the other rows show.

If something looks wrong and the status page looks fine, tell us here and we will look.

Am I talking to a person or a bot?

A person, on our side, within working hours.

This chat window is Crisp, a live chat tool. It is not the SIBA assistant. If you want the AI assistant, that is a separate thing at chat.siba.az

If you write outside working hours, the message waits for a person rather than being answered automatically. Leave your email address in the chat so we can reply once you have closed the tab.
