  1. Meet Can

    SIBA has a mascot, a new mark and a new favicon. Can now stands on every page, waves beside the live chat, and appears in every email we send.

  2. A weekly status digest

    Subscribers of status.siba.az now get one email on Monday morning: seven days of uptime per component and every incident of the week.

  3. The chat has a front door

    chat.siba.az opens in Azerbaijani, has settings, a light and a dark theme, and a first page that says what it is. It is also in search now.

  4. Live chat, and 27 answers

    The bubble in the corner of siba.az is a person now, through Crisp. Behind it are 27 written answers in three languages, which are also the FAQ page.
