Live chat, and 27 answers

The bubble in the corner of siba.az is a person now, through Crisp. Behind it are 27 written answers in three languages, which are also the FAQ page.

On 8 September the Ask box on siba.az was replaced by live chat through Crisp. It is a real inbox that a person reads, not an assistant; the assistant lives at chat.siba.az. The chat bubble loads only after Accept all on the cookie banner, because Crisp keeps a cookie to hold a conversation together between page loads. Without consent the contact page does the same job.

The same day, 27 short answers were written and checked against the site as it stood: what SIBA is, what exists today and what is still being built, what things cost, how the assistant works, what happens to your data, and how to reach a person. They exist in English, Azerbaijani and Russian.

Those answers are the Crisp helpdesk, and since 13 September they are also the FAQ page at siba.az/en/faq/, so the support chat and the site say the same thing.
